Folks
Can anyone recommend a good letting agent in Hull for a couple of HMO properties in HU3 area.Needs to be someone on the ground who has experience working closely with DSS type clients.Any advice would be welcomed.

There are definately risks involved in this type of transaction, however there will be restrictions around LTV and an expectation that there is some client input from the start, therefore these risks are minimised.
