Hi,
I already have a couple of BTL properties purchased using conventional deposit + mortgage, but I am considering using bridging to finance the next one. Am I right in thinking that most lenders stipulate a 6 month wait before they will allow a re mortgage? If I am correct then this would require me to have the bridging loan in place for this ...

Hello I have found a commercial property to buy. Apartment block. Value around £1m. Purchase price £700,000.Can you provide bridging finance of £750,000?So that I can complete the purchase quickly and then same-day re-finance at 85% LTV?

Thank you for reading my post.
All landlords who have tenants on benefit can get insulation fitted free of charge. This however must be installed by the 4th December 2009 and I urge you to contact me to avoid losing out. Also free boilers and heating systems available under the same scheme.

I find that the general surveyors down value every property well below market value for no good reason,
in the times what one could instruct his own surveyor I bought a property a week in london,
is there any mortgage broker who has a bank that will allow him to instruct his own reliable surveyor?
