DOnt worry thats what I thought you meant anyway - In my opinion, No one should be asking for a fenders fee on a lead, you may sell that lead, but to ask for a finders fee is a bit much, I do think that should you package that lead up yoursewlf, with a financila package and all legals done, then I would deffinatley expect ...

I got offered a very lucrative deal for a newly built development. The developer cannot get all the units sold at the price he wants, so he is letting some go for approx 40% BMV.
