All landlords who have tenants on benefit can get insulation fitted free of charge. This however must be installed by the 4th December 2009 and I urge you to contact me to avoid losing out. Also free boilers and heating systems available under the same scheme.

I want to bring to your attention that some of you are losing out by not having your properties insulated for free when you have a tenant who is on benefit. Further you could also have a new boiler system installed for free on the same basis. The Grants will expire on the 4th December so you must act quickly to ...
