Interesting point Tony As I said in my earlier post, having spoke to a well qualified overseas lawyer here, who advised me not to bother wasting fees on legal costs, there are many agents here WHEN it all goes wrong on a very sticky wicket.

Perhaps Phil could write to Dave Ames on behalf of the SP community to cover some of the members current concerns. Given the nature of the site, packed with property investors, I am sure that Mr Ames would be keen to confirm all of the progress that is being made and how fabulous Harlequin are?
