Is there still undeveloped coastal / Sea / Shore Property left in the EU?
That's a bit of a basic question, targeting the idea of the price rise which you see / saw at every coast in for example ecuador when a street was built next to the sea, and the price started rising suddenly.
The Atlantik coast is not so sweet like the med, so I bet there are some left. The weather of some parts of northern UK/Scotland, in remote parts of Ireland might be also a reason it's not so searched for, maybe there's not even a street built yet.
In northern Portugal as we know, the old farmers give up their old property, because the children move to the citys, but there are already some specialists dealing with (portugal casas)
North of Spain is not a tourist region, something possible there?
I hope you get the purpose of the question, it's about checking if there are some "left overs" on still reasonable prices with potential in 10, 20 years, being overlooked.
