Hi

I'm looking at purchasing a former guest house in an old seaside town to convert it to flats, I plan on doing alot of work my self over a period of years(!) and have a few questions:

• Do you think that i'd have problems geting a FTB mortgage as the house has 10+ bedrooms?
• What are the conditions with parking and flat conversions?
• Am i stupid?
