Got a new deal whereby "Meet The Surveyor" would be ideal for me.

 Only ive tried to call them (no answer everytime) only a message stating they wil call within 24hours.

This was two days ago and still no call back. Ive got a val booked and have to sort someone else to go.

Their phrase, consider us one of your team - not much use if you cant get hold of them!!!

 Any one else had similar troubles?

My associates use them for every deal they do (currently 3-4 per week) and they are always easy to get hold of and very good at their job. I can see if their is an alternative number for you?

Upon handover, we made the price more affordable it has reduced from £280 to £250 including vat.

This includes vendor and surveyor liason, full property comparables and condition report, 15-20 photographs and hosting of survey anywhere in the UK.

It is rare for a surveyor to behave awkwardly and ignore a presented report etc, but occasionally this does happen. The risk of a bad survey is mitigated however if the process is managed professionally from the beginning. If MeetTheSurveyor are used, the reps are extremely knowledgeable, having hosted dozens of surveys each and also have a people orientated demeanor which helps massage surveyors egos somewhat.

When you say working with a packager do you mean mortgage packager or deal packager, we work with both in many capacities.
