    Joint Venture Partners/Fully Packaged Deals

    Hi all, 

    I have been a bit quiet on the deal generating front while building up the constuction side of my business. 

    Looking to start generating a decent number of deals over the next 12 weeks. Properties will be in Chester, Liverpool, North Wales, Ellesmere Port, Manchester and North West generally.

    One problem, like a lot of investors my mortgage capabilities arn't brilliant! 

    I will be looking to pass fully packaged deals to people. They will all have discounts above 25% BMV.

    Generally the areas I invest in, create properties which create £250 positive cash flow each month

    Ideally, I would like to work with a couple of investors to quickly build them a portfolio of properties.

    I am interested in Manchester, I currently have 4 BTL at the moment and am actively looking to purchase, I have currently 3 other people who are also interested. We have all been approved regarding mortgage funding however as I am sure this means not alot regarding lenders as they chop and change as they go along however we are all looking to purchase.

    We would like cashback of 2k min however if this is not possible as long as we can purchase for NMD including fees etc we would be interested. We want to build our portfolio up to as many as possible!

     My main problem also has been dealing with other companies who take reservation fees up front then when we pay for valuation the deal falls apart (this is after our due diligence aswell!) I think the best thing to do is give me a call and I can go further into detail as I will be writing a very long email otherwise.
