    Are Pure Acquisitions any good??

    hi

Im looking to buy repossession properties to renevate and then rent out until the house market picks up so i can sell for a profit, simple. I live in the Birmingham area.

Ive been talking to PURE ACQUISITIONS, and they claim that for the £230 fee, you get the services that CHOICES ACQUISITIONS are offering for £1500. They claim that if i like a property, for example on FIND A PROPERTY.COM, through them i can buy the property for no extra fee before it goes to auction. Also properties with up to 45% discount will be accessible to me, which they say CHIOCES include only in their £1500 service.

Can someone tell me if PURE are any good, and any experiences you might have had with them? Ive read all the stories about CHOICES, many of them bad, not many on here about PURE.

Has anyone any advice on where is a good source for BMV properties? im registering with all my local estate agents and all the online property sites. Are there any good auction sites i need to be registering with?

Any help will be much appreciated.

    cheers

    Andy

    Andy

I have paid £200 + VAT (£230 ) in total 10 days ago because they promised to deliver London BMV deals with 30-35% discount.

"Please find attached the details regarding our company and the services we can offer.  As discussed we deal with a large number of BMV properties in and around London with the majority of these being 30 to 35%  below market value.
I will call you later this afternoon to finalise the registration and forward suitable properties to you."

May be it is bit too early to make bad remarks but so far they have only sent me auction properties and 'five' 10-20% discounted BMV deals in Sussex, Essex etc . I am disappointed because I get plenty of better deals for free from other sources.

Hopefully they will prove me wrong and deliver what they promised soon.

My advice to you is that you shouldn't pay any money upfront.

    All the best
