I know one who also runs training for other developers who want to learn how to program an iPhone. In other words he knows his stuff. He started developing with the development environment back in the late 1980's when it was available on the NeXT computer. It was called NextStep then and is called Cocoa on a Macintosh. Apple bought NeXT to get access to the software plus Steve Jobs & crew.
I worked for NeXT in a prior life.
The developer is based in Hampshire and he uses over seas resources for projects when it makes sense (cost plus detail of the specification). I was just speaking with him yesterday as I am looking to have an application developed for the desktop and server.
Get in touch if you are still looking. I can introduce you by email. He is not a property investor and has no other reason to check SP.
