I have about 35,000 leaflets I would like to sell.  The phone number printed on the leaflets is a rented business number, which routes the calls to your number (currently my mobile).  If you take the leaflets, you could take over this phone number rental too (it costs me £11.44 per month plus a small charge for each call routed).  It's quite simple to change the number to which the calls are routed.

I know these leaflets work, as I got several deals out of them, but I don't want to buy any more properties, hence the sale. 

I am willing to let them go for a lot less than what I paid for them.
