Firstly - apologies if this is on the wrong forum.
I have an idea which is a twist on an existing board game. I can find loads of information on how to protect new invention ideas etc, but I don't want to get in touch with the manufacturer of the existing board game and have them say 'That's great, we'll do that, thanks.' Can anyone give me any pointers please as to how to make sure they don't/can't please?
