hi there. Has anyone used any good Manchester Letting agents for town centre at all. We've got a flat coming up for renewal shortly and wanted to expand our network of good agents!

Sorry for the late reply as I've not been on here much lately - work, eh? ;-)

We've just acquired a Manchester based firm, and will be relocating our City Centre office in the next month or two. Because of this, we're offering a deal at the moment where landlords pay no management fees until March 2009. No catches, and our usual T&Cs apply.

Obviously if it's just 'Let Only' you're after, then we're happy to do deals on this as well.
