Property Investor Meeting – You’re Invited!

My associate, Lisa Orme, is arranging a meeting for property investors. We have been invited to attend and would like to invite you to do the same.

    The meeting is two fold:-

    1. To introduce their mortgage strategies for success
    2. To give you practical ways to succeed in the current market

Read on to find out more…

The first part of the day will be presented by Lisa’s mortgage broker, Richard.

They have been using a number of techniques that allow the purchase of property using none or very little of their own money. While there are many individuals claiming to do the same, most have only recently set up their systems and many are untried and untested. They have been operating for years and have ironed out many issues they have had. If you are worried by some of the ‘rumours’ about illegal schemes then fear not…

You may recall a few months back that The Treasury sent out a questionnaire regarding sale and rent back schemes? This questionnaire was designed and written for The Treasury by Richard and his team. They have put themselves in front of the CML and the FSA and pushed for a degree of regulisation. How is that for approval!

We would also add that many of the schemes out there require you to use their solicitors, brokers, etc. often creating additional income sources for the scheme operator. There is no such requirement with this system. If you wish to use your own team then you are free to do so – just take away the information. Clearly there are advantages to you by using a ready-made team and many of the people introduced so far have chosen to do so (some of these will also be at the meeting for you to quiz!)

If you to choose to use their team then there are a number of spin offs that are worth considering:-

A team of finance and legal professionals who will handle everything for you, leaving you more time to concentrate on

getting deals than organising solicitors and finance.

Discounted bridging finance. Great rates on daylight and longer term bridging all taken care of in-house.

Deal packaging - fully packaged deals with finance in place and often a tenant too. Some deals come with the option for the tenant to buy the property back giving you an exit route in the future.

Deal structuring – are you struggling to make a deal work? You know you’ve got a great discount but just can’t make it stack –

they can help. They have a wide range of techniques and strategies at their disposal and can help make many deals work for you

and the client in ways you could not even have imagined.

There will be an opportunity to network over a buffet lunch (which is included) then in the afternoon Lisa Orme will be making a presentation on coping in the current marketplace:-

This will be a VERY practical session including the following:-

    1. TEN Ways YOU can Increase Your Cashflow
    2. TEN Ways YOU can Decrease Your Outgoings
    3. FIVE Ways YOU can Take Advantage of the Current Marketplace
    4. FIVE Places YOU can source deals
    5. FIVE Ways YOU can Structure Deals (you may not have thought of!)

Finally, they will try to answer as many of your questions as they can then retire to the local pub for those who wish to continue the discussion and networking.

Interested? Ok, put this in your diary NOW:-

    Thursday 17th July 2008

      Coventry

10am to 4pm then onto the local pub…

       £100 per person

They may do another event if this one is over subscribed but the intention is that this is a one-off so do everything you can to be there.

    What Next?

    Simple!

    1. Send an email to bidmeapound@aol.com stating how many places you wish to book.

    2. You will then receive an email from Lisa with a link to make payment via PayPal.

PayPal allows you to make credit, debit or bank account payments without having to input or hand over your credit card details. If you don’t already have a PayPal account then you can set one up now: - www.paypal.co.uk

If you prefer to pay by cheque then you are welcome to do so – details will also be in the email. Please note that your place will not be confirmed until your cheque has cashed.

    3. Once payment has been received you will receive full details of the meeting.

Please contact me if you have any questions.

Please forward this onto anyone you think may benefit from this invitation.

    Hope to see you there

    Stefan

I am holding a FREE event entitled ONE WAY TO MAKE MONEY IN A TOUGH MARKET.

In essence, and without giving too much away at this stage, the main thrust is: organise a seminar promising the earth to any fool with £100 burning a hole in their pocket.

Form an orderly queue, but please leave your brain at the door.

Now I know why I haven't posted on SP in such a long time - thanks for reminding me Tony!!!!

The reason we are charging is to filter the time wasters out - guess you won't be coming then???

This is in the announcements section if you have nothing useful to contribute - dont!

Re: Property Investor Meeting – You’re Invited!

Tony - i think we all know there are several folks here on SP at present who are offering various "secret" ways to fund property purchases right now  - and that some of these methods are definitely astonishingly creative, if not downright illegal  -  we are yet to see  the Inland Revenue put the boot into some of them -  but its only a matter of time.      Certain Bradford and Bingley products bought by investors using specific solicitors and specific "creative strategies"  in the very recent past are under investigation as we speak and more investigations will no doubt  follow.

without exception (in my experience) all such creative deals need use of a specific solicitor / broker etc  -  folks will draw their own conclusions as to why that is a necessity

Lisa Orme is offering some absolutely genuine information - about  genuine strategies  - using any solicitor you want - and i have no doubt  whatsoever that she is offering a fully legal and honest method  - for that is the sort of woman she is.

I have booked my place already  - and any newbies reading can only improve their own education by going.

As we all know Lisa  has been in this business for a long time, using the same team of professionals and is a highly skilled professional full time property entrepreneur.

no wonder she is cross with you ......

perhaps i should give you the benefit of the doubt and assume that you did not fully read the original post and see that it was Lisa.

Tony, I notice that you have re-joined SP again...must be about 3 times now under different names ??

I have never seen you add anything of value to SP - and see your back to your old tricks with the post above.

Have you really nothing better to do than spam Singing Pig with your boring, negative and predictable comments ?

    Good luck with this Lisa,

Re: Property Investor Meeting – You’re Invited!

    hi

Not wishing to get caught in the crossfire.  I do not have a clue  who Lisa Orme is but what I would like to say is that I went to a day course run by Deep three weeks ago (I am guessing that everybody knows who Deep is) , it cost £47 for the day including three amounts of beautiful food.  I was happy with the course and I think it gave value for money and I would recommend anybody going to one of Deep's courses.  By the way I am a very serious investor even though I do not post very often.

Re: Property Investor Meeting – You’re Invited!

I would recommend anyone going on Deep’s course too!

    But this isn’t a course!

Also, £47 barely covers the cost of my day per person so with THREE lots of nosh I would have said Deep's was cost price (call some event/meeting companies to check me out!) which usually means the organiser is either on-selling further courses or products? I wasn't there so I don't know. But I am doing neither.

    Astra

Regardless of how serious or not you might be you will find Lisa to be a creative, ethical and skillful property investor, she has helped many people in their property career (me included). I would have no doubt that the information you will gain at Lisa's meeting will be worth a lot more than £100. Sadly I am busy so can not make it.......... any chance of a bit more notice next time Lisa?
