Has anyone got any views on CBS Group (www.cbsgroup.uk.com)? They will buy and refurb a property for you for a fee and then let it out to students. They refurb to a high standard and guarantee the rent for the first two years. After that, you can continue with guaranteed rent or just use them to manage the property, or don't use them at all.
Any feedback would be gratefully received.
