I have been on Jim's HMO course which provided a free manual, he holds various courses with different prices.
I would recommend the course and learn't a lot. I would rather meet someone face to face than read a book.
He holds some courses in Milton Keynes but most of the time, they are held in Wednesday in the Midlands.
