The dumb money has largely left the market. The investors where were speculating on momentum are off to find some other hot asset class.
Value investors see bargains and realize that yields are up.
Look at the US. The Pound is strong (USD is weak), the property prices are discounts and there is less competition bidding up the price. Time to buy?
