    BMV from Choices Acquisitions

    Hello All,

Have any investors on singing pig bought any BMV deals through Choices Acquisitions? I have never dealt with them before and I have seen their ads and they seem to spend a lot advertising for BMV property around the country. Has anyone build a portfolio through them?...they charge a one off membership fee of £1500 and 2% commission on deals...are they possibly another version of Inside Track or other Investment clubs?

Any advice or information greatly appreciated.

    Hi Judith,

Do a search on SP. Lots of [bad] stories.

    Cheers

    Re: BMV from Choices Acquisitions

I have bought a few properties from Choices and I do not regret my choice. I got a three bed house in Leeds for £130000 and it was valued at £160000. As it is near the University I have cash flow all the year round and have not had any void.

I also bought a one bed flat in Battersea and that was a good deal. I have got a long term tenant there. Some of the deals are good ones, at the end of the day you need to do your due diligence and see is it fits your strategy.

Hi Please see my message before you do anything!!!!

Don't touch this company with a single penny, trust me, unfortunately I only found out too late and have lost over £8k!!!

There are loads of threads on here, take a quick look at mine and see my recommendations about one portfolio, that is money well spent

    Re: BMV from Choices Acquisitions

I am currently experiencing a real nightmare with Choices Acquisitions which I am more than happy to discuss with you if you would like me to.  My advice to you would be don't touch them with a bargepole, I am happy to explain the reasons why.

I would be very interested to know what problems you are having with Choices.  I am going through an absolute nightmare with them, I am just wondering if you are going through the same nightmare - Hungary?

    Re: BMV from Choices Acquisitions

I would like to revoke my earlier statement about Choices Acquisitions.  Although I had some difficult issues to sort out with them they have been co-operative in finding a solution to the problem I was experiencing.
