I don't consider myself a novice in the property game, earning a good living from the Residential sector for several years. I am however a complete novice when it comes to the Commercial sector and feel that I am missing out on the higher yields and longer lease terms that I read about.
When I first started out in the Residential market I must admit to the use of property packagers/ locator companies to find BMV deals (generally new builds), although I don't use these companies to source packaged deals anymore, I did find them valuable in the early stages.
My goal is to locate BMV Commercial property, already tenanted that are cash positive pcm.
My question is, are there any companies that deal with ready made deals, packaged deals etc?
Or are there any Commercial property courses that I can go on ?
Have I missed the boat?
Any advice gratefully received
