 he claims that adding an additional licence one could double value eg hot food,or gamming licence,my questionis has anybody ever heard of an advertising licence,lets say you want to put up an asdvertising hoard on a wall-what licences does one require?or broadcasting..does one need a licence for this.if you want to open a broadcasting studio ,do you need a licence to broadcast on the air even short wave or medium wave?or can you just open up and choose a channel?
