what a sad end to one young career which could have been a stunning success - - luke was Timbo on here, and he had a huge amount of knowledge about property, law, finance, development law etc etc - whilst lorraine and lionel were building contractors over many decades.
i guess the lesson is - do a great deal of research before embarking on larger projects with other people.
i hope they can all recover from this, but even more particularly, i hope that those who have suffered financially from luke/lionel/lorraines' mistakes can find a way forward.
