    Marketing for landlords

    Hi

I run a Letting Agency from home on a part time basis.

I am looking to get new landlords and thought of approaching them via telephone or mailshots.

I have three excellent sevices to offer but do not know the right people to contact or really how.

If anyone has had sucess in this field and would like to give me some pointers and advice from their experience I would be very grateful.

So far, I am only letting the propeties that my husband and son have bought.Which is not many as they prefer to sell the properties they do up as they get a much better return.Probaly helps as they are proffessional craftsmen as well as business men , so their work is always the top end of the market and sells very easily in our end of the country.......Brighton & Hove.

I am not too fussed the status of the landlord but  I also am looking for the nicer accommadation to let.

    Thanks in anticipation

    Patricia

    Whoa, steady on there.

I see why you chose this forum, and its not inappropriate, but i suspect you'll get more response if you post in the Property > Discussion forum.

I have some very nice upmarket properties in Brighton, and although they are all with a very effective letting agency at the moment (and are let out certainly until later next year) I'm always open to options.

I'll be interested to see how you get on, and indeed in what you will be offering, and for how much.

    Regards

I would like details thank you Patricia - please feel free to email me.

Letting agents are always high on my list of concerns.  As well as a couple of other lists, that are only ever likely to be published in an article concluding '...before turning the gun on himself.'
