It seems that its alot harder to make money from property now with the rapid rises in capital appreciation over, and because its harder to find BMV property with so much competition from other traders.

So what is a good way of making money these days? Whats the next big thing!

You've got to catch these things early to ride the wave before everyone jumps on the bandwaggon.
