    My Mums coming to tea

    Hi all
Since there is little chat on investment I guess we women are obviously tongue tied when it comes to fiancial matters.
My mum makes Mrs Bucket (keeping up appearences) look tame and she is coming to tea in a few days. What should I give her  that is simple to make and preferably of Welsh origin. I learnt how to make Marrow and ginger jam at the local WI meeting but cant seem to find any marrows in our local store so any ideas would be useful

Give her cheese on toast ( welsh rarebit) with good dollops of HP on and a few pints of local brew. Simple and tasty and after the beer she wont give a damn whats happening
