Has anyone been to this one day workshop? What did you think? Is it worth it? Has it helped you progress? Is it suitable for a student with little money?

I've found very little on the search tool. Or any recommendations that have been made for it are by users who have a very little number of posts (suspicious) or Richard Shepherd himself...

Hi All,

I went on the course last year, I felt it was very good and detailed. I knew a bit about BMV but he did enlighten me to a lot of aspects I did not think of ie negotiations and strategies etc.

He is a genuine guy and I have to say since I went on his course, I have agreed and completed a few deals more confidently. I am glad I went on it and have not looked back since.

I would recommend other people to go on the course. He is even on this forum himself you so you can ask him questions yourself.

Hi,

 I went on Richard's course a few weeks ago and have negotiated 5 deals since then.  I found his course to be really helpful.  This guy obviously knows what he's talking about and isn't afraid of sharing his experiences.  For anyone who's relatively new to the concept of buying property NMD, I think this course would be really beneficial. 

The course offers step-by-step guidance on the whole process from start to finish and allows you to role-play telephone calls and meetings with vendors.

With time you'll develop your own style and preferences, but when you're just starting out its good to have a proven technique to fall back on.  It just means that you'll make fewer mistakes and hit the ground running.
