Aren't property courses a rip off!

I'm doing two 22 week courses(3 hours per week), one in plastering and one in plumbing.

    £150 each!

Property courses are such a rip off in comparison....anyway thats it..just felt like having a moan

Re: Aren't property courses a rip off!

    to a point

however if a course (i am talking the genuine ones) gets you the information and confidence to buy and sell two properties in a year and makes you 15k on each deal, and gives you the information to do this on an ongoing basis, how much is the course worth??

    £100

    £500

    £1,000

    £3,000

    £10,000

all the above prices seem good value

given that folks give uo three/four years of their life to study at Uni to get a degree that will get them a job that pays £30,000 p.a., leave with huge debts (more than the price of a property course) and start to climb the greasy pole

property courses (the genuine ones) seem good value to me

just a different take on it,

stay in the pink with ciggies and drink!

    Hey Iotrez,

Just wondering where you are doing the courses and how I can enrol in them. I am interested in learning more DIY myself! £150 sounds like good value! I can also know if the builders are ripping me off!

However, I have also gone to some property courses myself. The older property courses, I have made my money back and more already. The more recent ones (last course) was on last Friday so I have not made any money from that yet! But I will be getting my act together and I am sure I can make my money back and more from this course as well!

    Cheers!

Property courses are not a rip off . If the people running them are the genuine

article and actually walk the walk not just talk the talk

Thats why I only work with Glenn Armstrong

Re: Aren't property courses a rip off!

Interesting reply but it doesnt really tackle the point

    1. I am not employed by Glenn

    2. If I was employed by Glenn I would be proud to offer his courses.

    3. I am  a partner in  http://www.fasterbridgingfinance.com  (yes Glenn is my partner)

Guess what ?? I have to wait for his clients to buy property  before I can make any money.

Guess What? I get to eat every week.

The courses work . People buy property even 3 days later!

So lets see............. Um................. If the courses dont work neither do I and it would be pointless being a

partner in a business that has not worked.

    Excited now ?

Hi Cheong, sorry i only just noticed your question.

The courses i'm doing are in Nottingham at Castle college. They run twice a year starting in Feb and September.

I found them on a website called hotcourses where there's a search engine for finding courses and you can put in a location and keyword.

btw what sort of methods are in the courses? Do they tell you anything more useful than the information in manuals such as Railto's? to do with buying BMV property?

    Cheers.

DH. I can personally vouch for Glenn's courses. I've made many thousands using techniques I learned on his course last March. I even went on a refresher course in July and learned more from him, including one tip which I expect will make me hundreds of thousands over the next few years (if not millions). That's why I believe his particular course is superb value. P.S. I do now have an affiliate link, as I have been recommending Glenn's courses for free for the last year or so and decided I might as well benefit financially - must have sent about 50 people his way for free...!, Post
