    Ranjan Bhattacharya or Parmdeep Vadesha?

    Ranjan Bhattacharya or Parmdeep Vadesha?

I am really trying to decide which of these two manuals/home study courses to get. They are about the same price and seem to have similar comments on SP but has anyone got both and would they recommend either one?

I am pretty much a beginner and looking to really get going as soon as I can. Though this is only after I know enough of course.

    I've got Ranjan's and can recommend it, but I haven't read Parmdeep's manual so I can't compare.

As they're both under £100 and you are in such a quandry, why don't you get both?  £200 for a decent understanding of the BMV game is actually quite a small price to pay (Rialto charges £300 for his manual!).

Alternatively, buy one and, if having read it you feel that there's something more you need to know, buy the other one.

I suspect that neither manual contains any 'secrets' as they are often portrayed, as all of the information they contain (well Ranjan's one at least) is available right here on SP, it's simply all in one place so that you don't have to spend hours hunting for it.

    Regards,
    Paul.

    Cheers Paul,

A sound idea from a shrewd mind!

You're right £200 is a small price to pay when compared to other courses etc. I'll get saving and go from there.

Mind you I have heard a lot of good stuff about Rialto too so I think I won't be getting a holiday this year!

Nevermind in the pursuit of Financial Freedom these things need to be sacrificed!

    Thanks again

I suggest you don't buy any course at present, read SP every day by settign time aside, bookmark certain topics of interest, once you feel you have done it try applying the theory and tips. If it doesnt work for you and you feel you are doing something wrong,  then ask for assistance and mentorship.

If you don't go after what you want, you'll never have it. If you don't ask, the answer is always no. If you don't step forward, you're always in the same place.

When you believe you can...you can!

I am doing this too! I must spend at least two hours a day on here and cut and paste a lot into my own file on my computer. So I'm getting there.

For instance I learnt the valuable idea of re-mortgaging on day one rather than taking a bran new initial mortgage. This way you can access more equity (If there is any!) on a good BMV.

    Fascinating stuff, Keep it coming!
