Hi Dino,

I've just launched a product that may be what you're looking for. It is a closed bridge with a MX remortgage. Solicitors will handle everything from purchase to bridge to remortgage for £750 + disbursements +VAT. Cost of the bridge is a flat 1.25% with a £295 application fee.
