    WHACKY OR WORTHWHILE

Has any investor ever employed the services of a "space clearer" to rid their property/ies of bad energy? Eg anything from "This flat feels depressing" to "I've got a poltergeist in my kitchen".
And if so has it worked ?

Have posted this on another forum so apologies for duplicating it but, on reflection, figure that female investors are far more likely to know something about this area.

I have read an interesting book about space clearing, but if you have a poltergeist dont you need an exorcist or something a bit more serious than bells and wind chimes. Personally I would move Freaked [fr]

You're not wrong Sirsi, I'd leg it as well !
Thankfully, my part of North London is minus poltergeist but, I'm doing some research on the topic and was wondering if anybody had first hand experience and, to what effect. Been speaking to some investors who swear by its effectiveness.

    hi hackette,

is your research for a degree or just curiousity?

you have got me thinking should it be something we disclose on the letting agents details? e.g. unlimited use of  Jacuzzi,  poltergeist and Sauna.  Perhaps this would be an opportunity to charge a premium

what a fascinating subject! please let us know your findings

Sirsi - Research, probably for newspaper piece.
Got some good investor stories already but thought SPers might have more.

Premium, now there's an idea! Pretty much what stately homes already do to entice visitors when they promise you an old Roundhead soldier or, murdered child in ther corridors.

Personally, I'm very open to - for want of a better phrase - "new age" stuff because I've been around it for a long time. If my building was on top of a graveyard I wouldn't hesitate to have it "cleared" - I had a flat I was living in "cleared" years ago. Space clearers themselves would say much of what they do is based on science.

Appreciate though some people still think it's all baloney.
