Ok here's the deal. I intend to open an aesthetic medicine practice within 12-18 months. I'm at the research stage at the moment, attending trade stuff etc. Its a hard market to get into and succeed and realise that I'd probably have to create something better than what's on offer out there if I want to make it. I'm fully confident of my capabilities and realise that its not only that but a lot of other little things that'll make one's experience in such clinics memorable and hopefully not scary. I've attended a few of these clinics as a client and will have to research further with future treatments just to check out the competition. My question is, as I'm in the very early stages of researching...
- do any of you gals out there have any insight into what you expect and like within such a practice, your expectations and what would make you wanna come back for more? What would your ideal experience be like?
-how would you know where to look for a decent clinic- google? location?word of mouth etc?
-what would you expect in terms of results?
I want this to be the best clinic ever in every sense of the word and have many ideas already but would much prefer to hear from you first as every person's expectations would be different. Based on replies, I'll test out some of my ideas on you as well.
By the way, for those that are not sure what it involves, it'll be botox, fillers, lasers for evrerything and I'm actually hoping to specialise in veins as that's a bit more clinical and I feel that I need a niche plus I have the experience surgically.
Basically feel free to knock me down and ask anything at all coz if I can't answer you now, I'm not in very good shape to perhaps get into this at all ie the business side of things.
