    Darren Winters WIN seminar= SCAM!!!

If you are thinking about going to his seminar, DON'T, it's a scam, here is some info i found on the net about him.

    1. as a student he sold pyramid shares
    2. he was a director of a software company called Amicus Solution that collapsed owing £250,000 pounds to creditors
    3. The finance info he gives about himself are dodgy!!

pLus other signs that shows the free tutorial is a confidence trick

All this is found in an article written about investment seminars in The Guardian written this saturday.

    Check it out yourself

Haven't been on the seminar but from everyone else I have spoken to they also say that you can get the same info from books.

I am a regular trader (not a day trader) and have gained my experience from both books, successful broker friends (I hate the word broker - but it is so true for 1/2 of them), ASX and NZSE modules and trial and error.

Share investing is not rocket science, nor is it a stable investment.
Anyone can do well if they know what to look for and use common sense.

Find yourself a good online broker and open a share-dealing account and you are 1/2 way there.

Then, research research research, as there is not much margin for error.

Don't buy on 'tips' from friends (always ask them how many they have bought if the deal is so hot - and also when they bought them)

Learn how to read company accounts and if possible get the advice of an experienced friend before buying shares in XYZ company. (they may pick up anomolies that you overlooked)

I have heard his adverts on the radio station LBC, and suspected it was a scam. He promises to teach sure-fire ways to building wealth and monthly cash-flow through investing in shares.

However, if it was really as simple as just following his seminar then every unit trust fund manager would be doing fantastically well instead of the current situation where most are failing

You seem pretty clued up without reading this on Darren...but you might as well confirm for yourself that DW is a scam artist....and a good one! Did you know he also does a property investing course? Would like to know what you think about that!
