    yellow_bird posting of Punta Perla marketing logo looks like cheaper version of Cap Cana. I hope Punta Perla come up with much better development plan than the marketing Logo.sad

    OK - so whats everyone going to do now? Is anyone going ahead with this? On the surface our incentive is looking good.
    Their pre-release prices are 100K more than what we got in for. And those are pre-release prices.
    What does everyone think?
