Dear So-Called Watchdog (more like sh*t for brains)

Nobody from the developers office has EVER said that Prince Albert is to invest in PP. The idea of him being involved is to raise money and awareness for the foundations and chartable funds he represents. Some of them actually support the mentally impaired, so you may in fact benefit as a direct consequence, so don't be too hasty to bite the hands which feed you.

You clearly have a warped agenda here which is clear for all to see. So far everything you have said is unsubstantiated at best or otherwise proved wrong. Why don't you stop setting yourself up for these falls and keep quiet. Nobody of any substance, significance is remotely interested in what you have to say.

I have forwarded your comments to the developer who takes a very dim view of persons or collectives trying to damage this project and will have no hesitation to pursue legally in whatever jurisdiction they reside, so in other words shut up with your groundless Bullsh*t or face the consequences.

My concern is with the development I invested in, Punta Perla. Speak with who you bought with or from on those others. As I said to Watchdog, make sure you get all of the facts and correct. Don't go on what has been said on a gossipy blog site when it is possible to hide behind a veil.

Check your facts:-

1. Do they own the land?..... Yes
2. Is it encumbered?.....No
3. Has the developer run off?....No. He is still fighting to drive our dream.
4. Is the development behind schedule?.....Yes,
5. Does that mean it's a scam?.....No
6. Has every building project in the world which has been delivered late a scam?.....No

Let's all get real and support the project we all invested so much in. The rest of you stirrers, competition and those who have f**k all else to do f**k off and leave us alone. Especially you, Watchdog, you know nothing, You have a hidden agenda and that's it. Now get back to your own scurrilous little world of deciept and extortion. You are being driven by someone who wants this whole thing to fail and we know who it is and who you are. Your time will come and I'll be there to celebrate!

I've looked at the original master plan and it looks like the new marina takes up the land previously allocated to hotels.

I expect they couldn't get any major hotel chains to sign up and are now using the land in another (perhaps more lucrative) way. This explains the incorporation of cruise ship berths in the new plan as the steady influx of tourists should keep visitor numbers up to the previously planned levels, which is necessary for the shops and restaurants as well as the sporting facilities. Also, there should be a lot more earth available for landscaping the golf courses.

Although I'm exiting from this project, I think it's good news as it shows the developer is looking at different ways to ensure that Punta Perla reaches a successful conclusion in a difficult climate.
