Hi folks - all you property sourcers out there

I have been commissioned by someone to find him property (which could possibly be two properties) quickly for about £150,000 - £200,000 in the western part of Bristol.

Primarily the properties will be residential, but a commercial element is OK.  Preferably vacant possession on completion.  Average condition is OK.

He will be looking for plenty of equity in it, one way or another, by the end of January.
