That's a great reason to be interested in Spain.

 And if you spend some serious time there, and study the market carefully (including decades of history), you will soon know more about the market there, than many UK based investors who rushed in to buy in the past few years.

no, i don't .... hence why i spotted him straight away.  trying to shift every thread to be a disucssion of cycles, housebuilders as a bell-weather, pre-1996 investment property LTVs etc ..... time and a place for these, but not on every thread he posts to. 

i've also noticed the posts becoming more lengthy, and always ending with the same old conclusion .. "sell your UK property" ......... yawn.  i'm just waiting for the first graph to appear in one of "james's" posts .............

He's history anyway....sunk without trace by the administrators....a bit like the Titanic movie he directed
