Ive been dabbling in the residential repossession leads for the last 9 months, I'm currently looking to move in to commercial property.

 When a residential property is repossessed I can check this in my local court but I am unable to find anything on commercial repossessions

 can anyone point me in the right direction on how commercial properties are repossessed

I would be interested to know how you get information from your local court about repossessed properties. I thought this was not possible anymore...

I am a bit afraid of doing this myself. What do you do? Do you ask directly to the reception?

I too have faced same problem earlier. I have two possible solutions so as to get rid of the commercial repossessions.  I hope it will solve you the very first one is we can organize a short term bridging loan, so you can clear your entire mortgage or remortgage arrears.
