This is by far the best Affliate program I have ever entered into, Take a peek at first 5 chapters of  the book, and watch the video's, but here the video's are only on for 3 more days thats it....The book itself is astonishing, and might I add, I have already used some of the formulas, but the video's outweigh anything I have ever come across. I just started up with Andy and Greg but have been a member of their forum since October last year, and might I add the book is astonishing, but the videos are outstanding. Unfortunately by my calculations the videos can be viewed by any one but only for another 2 days before they go on sale.  Sorry to say I just got an email from Andy Shaw saying that only 200 of the videos will go up for sale, a real shame really because each part is so informative and helpful to anyone who wishes to take the route to property investing and acquiring how to go about it. This was just a side line for me to become an affliate of Andy Shaw and Greg Ballard, because I felt it was well worth the effort and the book is really powerful and an absolute must for anyone who wants/is to become a property investor the right way. Thing is if you don't like the book you can return with no questions asked and be refunded. Not only that you do get a 30 day free trial into the forum which is sooooo wonderful, and so are the members whom I have had the honour of meeting about 75 of them when we had a Lincolnshire Property Meeting get together.  So you see these 2 things only, the book and the 30 day free trial when purchasing the book is really a FREE insight should you not wish to keep the book by sending it back, and the 30 day free trial remains free from the day of purchase, but like most of the people who come onto the forum or like any forum they come and go. As to your question in how many sales have I made, NONE, only because I have just started doing this, but for every book I sale through the my link I get £9.87, and there are more commissions as well, £10.00 every month if a person becomes a member after the 30 day trial through my link (as long as that person remains a member) , but there are more commissions on top of what I have already told you.  The other commission for example could earn you around £1,000 + if one of your people decided to go the passive investment way through Andy & Greg, (which some have done). Now the passive investment side you will find in the book. Tooo long for me to explain it to you. The publishing company cannot keep pace with the demand for the book MONEY FOR NOTHING AND YOUR PROPERTY FOR FREE.  But hey I'm absolutely rapt that A & G have given me the chance to get on the affliate program, my job like yours is getting the people. So this is why I am on here.   Hope this explains.  Anyway buy the book, check it out, if you dont like the book which I am absolutely 100% sure that you will not send it back, because 100's have kept theirs and 100's more are wanting it, and 1000's don't know about it, and you got a guaranteed money back if you dont like, where is the loss??

Ha ha ha !  Who on earth told you THAT ?

I'm sorry but I have nearly 20 years experience of book publishing, and that comment is an absolute nonsense unless the printers are using a John Bull printing outfit.

Anyone can get 3000 books printed in less than a week, so where's the problem in "keeping pace with demand" ?

It is also difficult to square it with Andy's penchant for frequently announcing that he is withdrawing the book from sale in a fairly obvious bid to hustle punters into buying it.

You give the impression of having been seduced by what has been openly acknowledged by forum members to be very, very slick marketing.

 

Then I better get back to the forum and ask the newbies there how long have they been waiting for their book :-) and by the way Andy is not withdrawing the book from sale in fact he has updated it :-), it is the videos that he is withdrawing from being free :-) and the very very slick marketing is not to seduce any one on this or any other property forum but an introduction of where and how to do property investing from scratch the easy way, you try telling all the newbies how to go about it, you may think it is easy, but there are some people out there that will get it wrong if they don't know what they are doing. There is that old saying, Never judge a book by its cover. Buy the book and read it, if you are in publishing jeeze it would only take you a day then to read it 0_0. Then if you don't like it, return it,  you have a money back guarantee, see who hustles then :-) hehehe.

No thanks. I read the first 5 chapters ages ago. Not impressed at all.

Nor were a lot of forum members who read the whole book. Read their comments in the thread Clottie has tried to direct you to.(Just enter "Dark Side" in the search box - it'll find it all for you.)
