We all just want our money and our lives back and 'they' have made enough money to be able to do that surely.

Hi Alistair I amd getting increasingly nervous about this, but do feel some comfort to know thatI am not alone with this problem. I have had no response from Duncan Farmer at the Mail on Sunday, but I did get a response from IAP customer 'service' department. A Christine Hicks wrote to me and basically said **** Off, this is your problem not ours.

So, really delighted with that response as you can imagine. I like the idea of a class action, I would like details of the London Law firm who have been mentioned. I am still waiting for Justine at ACM loans to conjure up a mortgage for me, but I ma not deperately optimistic. I would like to see the latest valuation of the condos there, I bet it is considerably less than the $217,000 we are paying for a three bed unit!
