    Cape verde

we are about to go live with a British building company selling Cape Verde apartments villas etc to our investors here.

My question to you all is

Since the credit crunch and loss of the majority of propective persons buying on the strength of their equity on thier British home, has this market been affected and if so how as i have not been out there since early Jan this year.

Also how are the other overseas markets been affected

    Thank you

    Re: Cape verde

    Hi

We did a lot of business in Cape Verde in 2006 and 2007. This year we have not sold a bean in CV. The concensus is that prices have now risen so high so fast, that there are alternatives such as Brazil and even the Cannary Islands.

    Good luck

    Dear Andrew,

Thank you very much for your reply.

I have also decided to pull out of doing anything in Cape Verde.

Prices have risen sharply like you say and alot of the purchaser in this market can now not raise the funds

    regards

    Thomas
