Singing Pig

Dear all.

I run a building company in and around the Manchester / Cheshire areas and also a property purchase and managment company.

My intention with joining singing Pig is to increase my network to enable,  hopefully some property purchases in need of renovating, building or below market value etc.

Or even building or renovating them for you, who has purchased them.

I am able to take leads in and around these areas for almost anything to do with property and can also pass leads on locally and nationally depending on the deal.

i would also be interested in peoples opinion on property investment in Cape Verde island of Sal, as i have many contacts out there and i am in the middle of setting up a property investment company based there. the builds have allready started. My question is wide in the manner, does anyone think this market will suffer with the creit crunch etc ? and if so How?

looking forward to communicating with many like minded people and hopefully making some money along the way.
