Hi there all,

my apologies if I have put this post in the wrong place but as a process of the business I am doing in the USA on residential properties, I am now regularly being offered COMMERCIAL opportunities. I am out of my comfort zone when it comes to commercial property but it seems to me that there are still good deals to be had in the USA. My deal finder has asked me to see if any of my SP colleagues would be interested in hearing about commercial opportunities in Buffalo NY.

He is well used to dealing with British investors and their associated requirements when buying within the USA.

Can anyone advise me where i might best advertise these investments and should any of you like to know more, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Hi there everyone,

is there no-one out there that can advise me as to how best to advertise these overseas commercial properties. I notice in several posts that word of mouth counts for a lot and many deals never get to the advertising stage. How can I access these investors who specialise in commercial properties. Is anyone prepared to let me into the secret?
