As a couple of pigs have cynically inferred, schemes for making big profits without capital are ten-a-penny ..... and most of them are like betting systems. They usually sound good but ... oops ... don't actually work !

We promote our No Win-No Fee service mainly through local promotional Agents who follow simple low-cost instructions in our brief Agency Manual. (It is only about 15 pages. It is a simple task - why pad it out and make it complicated ?) They take 30% of all success fees that their introductions generate.
Our Agent in Doncaster was worried about lack of response recently. I told him not to panic but just press on with it. A couple of weeks ago we sent him a cheque for £600-00, his share of a modest consultancy fee, and he is now due for £3880 from our latest success in Oldcotes that arrived last Saturday.
When I phoned him on Saturday morning when the Planning Inspector's decision arrived, he was out, but I told his wife about the second success and she was virtually dancing around the sitting room with delight ! She then gave me his mobile number and I phoned him and made his weekend too. (To be honest, it pleased me too. I had made 4 people very happy in half an hour, counting the client and his wife. And of course the £12,700 success fee is also quite acceptable so I'm happy as well ! My family can eat next week now ! LOL
)

We have already got quite a number of Agents, and I don't really want more than two Agents in each county or county-type area because it would get difficult for us to manage their input this end. (Once they promote the service, enquiries from their activity usually come direct to us.) But we'll try not to disappoint anyone who truly wants to give it their best shot and work with us.
Please do NOT apply if you are looking for a get-rich-quick scheme. But yes, do PLEASE tell me if you find one that actually works. (We ALL wish !)
Our methods do involve kissing a lot of frogs before a Prince appears. But it's a REAL business and, like all real businesses, it takes time to get it to lift off. But often it's like buses ... once the first Prince appears, there's a queue of them behind him.
The alternative is, of course, to purchase "The Land Profits System" and do it on your own. No reason why you shouldn't. But - without boasting - I'll bet we can win permissions together that you couldn't on your own !
As our claim on our No Win No Fee brochure for clients says unequivocally:- "If it's possible to win your permission, we'll win it for you. And if we can't, it's unlikely anyone else could either."
That little bit of bragging is, of course, only plausible when WE are prepared to take on board the financial risks of pursuing it.
For those who are wondering, our No Win-No Fee clients generally pay around 10% -20% of the value of the planning permission for the pleasure of having us drop it in their lap for no risk or expense at all. (The "going rate" for No Win No Fee services of most kinds is around 25%. I know because I have recently surveyed them in connection with a High Court claim we are issuing against two untrustworthy clients for whom I made £2 million and who we are having to sue in the High Court for our fees.)
So our No Win-No Fee clients will usually pay AT LEAST 3 TIMES what it would cost them if they took the financial risk themselves. (The winners actually subsidise and pay for the losers in reality.)
But they seem to look on it as paying our fee from money WE have just made for them - probably correctly I guess. And they certainly do LIKE it !
My hunch is that Singing Pig members will make good Agents for us. Hence the offer !
