Hi
I have read the Super Affiliate handbook and have got alot of stuff out of it. However I am relatively new to the affiliate scene, and I guess someone that has been through and read articles on forums and talked to forum members would find that they had already learnt some of the stuff in the book. It assumes that the reader knows little about using a PC to design webpages as there are large sections on this.
There is alot of information on making PPC links work, advertising in e-zines, making your copy sell, making sure that your commission isnt lost from people altering links to exclude your affliate code and a long list of affiliate networks (alot of which are reviewed).
There are alot of links in the pdf from which the author gets commission. I'm personally dont think that this is a bad thing - it is one of the ways that she got to get her status of "super affiliate" after all.
I printed out my copy of the pdf, and find myself refering to it nearly every day.
A few other resourses:
CBMall - There are loads of resourses here for affiliate marketing. All of them downloadable in various formats. They also offer an affiliate scheme for their products (of which there are thousands)
SFI Marketing - Offers a free affiliate marketing course.
Hope you found some of that useful
Joe
