I want to hear of anyone elses experiences out there with parklet.co.uk. I rented out a parking space through them 2 months ago (January 8th) and am yet to receive any payment from them at all. Any phone calls to their 0870 are made to wait for over 15 minutes.

They had no record of my tenancy agreement and I had to constantly phone them to remind them that it existed. Makes you wonder whether they have any intention at all in paying me?

Take Legal Action, if they are pissing you off now, they wont improve, nip it in the bud, they are not serious business people. you dont screw your clients. they are not serious. Take Legal Action or other action immediately.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received, you can use a solution where you have complete control over payments as they are made directly to you and do not go through a middle man.

I have been using parklet for some time now - although there was a delay at the beginning, I'm receiving payments on time now and I can recommend using the company.

Hi, I have used Park Let (www.parklet.co.uk) many times over the last few years, and have always been very impressed with their service.

 The first payment takes a while because they pay monthly in arrears, which I think is fair enough as they need to protect the Tenant as well.
