I'm sorry but it's all getting a little too much for me now, I think they need to put into perspective the size of the country in relation to the amount of building this is planned, don't get me wrong I think that Dubai was a fantastic place to buy around 4 years ago but the smart money is now leaving and looking elsewhere!

Prices are still increasing 20 to 30% per year.

We have still got investments in Dubai..villas. I think the Market is changing and becoming more mature. Our experience is to be very choosy with investments. friends continue to make tons expecially on Comercial. w have continued in residential including our own place.

It is a changing market and a long term one free of tax.
