Okay, just for budgetflyer, I will explain the joke:

Morgy wrote in CAPITALS requesting a course to sort out his caps lock problem (this was a joke).

I then wrote in tiny letters that I had been on a course and it was too intense - ie, it had sent me too far the other way (hence the tiny letters and lack of capital letters at the start of each sentence). Sheesh!

Apparently theses also a great course on using punctuation if anybody knows where to get it please let me know as im suffering from shortness of breath from reading my sentences ive been told once youve tried it you cant live without it
