    Re: Inside Track

Good evening everyone, I have been contacted by a TV company over the saga of Inside Track recently, so I was doing a little research yesterday. A new IT website has appeared for the Hong Kong Market. I wonder if they are moving their operations elsewhere since we are gradually all becoming aware of their tactics in the UK? I wonder where alse they will pop up?

Also, has anyone got the article for Tamsin Barks, I couldn't get a paper and can't spot it on the web? Very grateful if you could post it up here, others might find it an interesting read too.

I read on the posts somewhere that Inside Track were ceasing their seminars, but, a website of theirs lists a whole load of new April 08 dates, curious umhhh. I may well attend the one in Warwick on Wednesday evening, that should make for interesting gossip in the coffee lounge there!!

Thanks a lot to Clottie too, such a lady, with such sensible advice.

    Re: Inside Track

    Hi there

Apologies if this has already been mentioned in another thread but in the 'Money' section of The Mail on Sunday (6 April) there was a fair sized article about a lady who had invested in several properties 'off plan' with IAP / IT and is facing negative equity issues which will mean she has to sell her home.  Considering she was relatively comfortable and was looking at a retirement plan via property it made for sad reading.

I can't find it on-line but if anyone has a copy of yesterdays paper (I don't) there is a web address in there for this section that might be worth posting.

I'd think that given the 'credit crunch' that's happening, this lady will not be the only one who (allegedly) invested in highly priced properties with this company only to be left with a big negative balance and is now facing having to sell their home to cover the losses.  Also,  I dread to think of those who bought US properties off-plan and have seen their investment shrink right before them.

I've said in an earlier post; I attended IT in the earlier days and despite shelling out hard cash for the privelage, decided not to invest any further as my whole gut feel told me that this was too easy and imo very few things that make serious money are easy.  Most things or business ideas that can make you serious money in life take huge commitment, drive, risk and a lot of emotional expense.  IT offered none of these except a stress free plan to riches (imo)

Just my opinion but I'm coming to the conclusion that in property investing, some of the very best advice out there is totally unbiased and free.

I think this topic needs keeping in the forefront of peoples minds though as the courses are still out there and others can draw their own conclusions based on the experience of others..

     Best R

Hi Gareth, we attended a workshop a couple of years ago, full of great info and facts and figures , but their main aim is to sign you up for their courses which can be quite expensive. Having said that they undoubtably know their stuff. It really depends on what you need to know.

""Having said that they undoubtably know their stuff"

i would qualify that by saying they undoubtedly know their stuff    -   as to how to make money in a rising market  -   but then any old tom richard or harry knows that ..................

It doesnt matter to Jim Moore..mission accomplished....he milked it for seven years and made £135 million!

Its just a pity more people didn't do any research whatsoever...especially in the last 5 years of them trading!

    The spanish have a saying.....

'The mother of the stupid is always pregnant'!

How ironic that this is where JM now resides and counts his money in the sun!
