Did anyone make contact with Lesley Palmer?

I have heard from another TIC investor that PI Legal is being investiegated by the Solicitor Regulation Authority.

Apparently this is not about misleadifng their clients but more to do with possible mortgage fraud.

 Does anyone know any more?

I ve heard the same too they worked with TIC which is was not in the best interest of the client they should have been looking out for us.  They also exchanged without a mortgage in place which is virtually un heard of..

I also have been approached by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and would welcome group action against TIC and the companies associated with them.

Today i received a call from Mark Walcott of BGV stating that the developers of the Heatherwood court develeopment are pulling the plug on R&B and sueing us for completion, this is after aggreeing new figures and to go ahead with purchase at a renegotiated completion figure. I have been told this is now been put in the hands of KEY2LAW.

I am awaiting a call back from the developers direc.t

Has anyone else heard anything, or has any other information.

I have now skoken to the managing director of the Heatherwood court developement who is very helpfull. He only wants to complete as soon as he can on the 10 properties that are going through TIC/BGV. We can have them at the price R&B where buying them less the deposits we have paid, This looks ok to me.

Thankfully I never invested with this shower, but I did work very closely with them in 2004, and knew the two leading protagonists very well. 

As a heads up, I have found a new venture called The MOSAID Group Ltd - www.mosaid.co.uk  led by those same two guys - Glenn Reindel, who was Chairman and the originator of TIC, and Anthony Baker who was MD. I think the Sales Director was also at TIC, but he is not someone I have met.

 Currently their are no contact details on the site, and many of the pages are blank, so it may still be in the 'start-up' phase

I supplied TIC with some discounted property and they even tried to rip me off by going direct and then not paying my invoice!  It cost me 10% of my invoice to claim the money using legal help!!!
