I am new to the game and have a question. How do I calculate mortgage repayments for new property?

If you're still interested -
its straightforward, if you borrow from the bank eg. $40,000, its $400 a month, $80k = $800 etc

See the rule, note 2, p8:
The mortgage payment has been calculated into the cashflow of the card. No further mortgage payment is necessary.

So, if you buy a flat, the only CF is the cash flow you may do(if the Cf on the card is posiive) . That's the main point of the game and of RK: don't buy a property for which you have to pay something every month. OPM...

It's 10% a month. £100 pr month per £1k borrowed is correct tho.
